Offices, retail, hospitality and server rooms
Design, installation and F-Gas compliant maintenance for premises across Hertfordshire and north London.
We design and install commercial systems, take over systems installed by others, and run planned maintenance against a schedule. That includes the record keeping the F-Gas regulations place on the operator of the equipment, which is the part most premises discover late.
Work is scheduled around the way the site runs. Where trading hours make daytime work impractical, we install and service outside them. One point of contact throughout, and commissioning records handed over at the end rather than promised.

We calculate the load from the building, the glazing, the occupancy and the equipment in the space, then size to that.
Certified engineers, and documentation you can produce if you are ever asked for it.
Evenings, weekends or phased by floor where the site cannot lose the space during trading.
You deal with the same people who installed or took over the system, and they know the site.

Zoned so that meeting rooms, desks and server cupboards are not fighting each other for one setting.

Front of house comfort without the hardware dominating the space, and kitchen heat dealt with on its own terms.

Continuous load, no seasonal let up, and a room that cannot simply be opened up when something fails.
Site visit and heat load assessment.
Written proposal with equipment options.
Install scheduled around your trading hours.
Handover, commissioning records and a maintenance schedule.
Yes. Evening, weekend and phased installations are normal on occupied sites, and we would rather plan around trading than disrupt it. Tell us the windows the site can give us and we will build the programme around them.
The legal duty sits with the operator of the equipment, which in most cases is the business occupying the premises rather than the landlord or the installer. That covers keeping records for the system and having leak checking carried out at the required frequency, which depends on the refrigerant charge in the equipment. Rather than quote a rule that may not apply to your kit, we check what you have and confirm in writing what applies to it and how often.
Yes, and a good part of our commercial work is exactly that. We survey what is there, report on its condition, tell you plainly if anything has been left in a poor state, and then put it on a schedule.
Yes. These are a different problem to comfort cooling: the load runs continuously, there is no seasonal relief, and a failure has consequences beyond discomfort. We size for the continuous load and can discuss resilience and monitoring where the room cannot afford downtime.
Yes. Multi site maintenance is straightforward to schedule, with the records kept per site and one point of contact across all of them.
We will visit, assess the load and put a proposal in writing.
